Ownership tends to be the most independent:

-Rainwater collection and treatment system,

-Solar panels for domestic hot water,

-Central heating fed by a wood stove (wood from the property) connected to radiators,

-Dry toilets whose waste is composted,

-Septic tank for wastewater,

-Photovoltaic panels in projection,

-Creation of a pond, which provides a considerable ecosystem to the site.

 

The main body is built in stone masonry (70 cm with an air chamber). In order for the construction to "breathe", environmental solutions are integrated: lime grouting, floor and north wall insulated with natural cork, attic insulated with cellulose, double-glazed PVC windows.

 

The nobility of ancient materials is revealed. Stone walls and exposed wood, travertine slabs and chestnut floors, some steps are carved into the rock.
