Complete renovation of a flat that combines secular character and contemporary elegance.
To extend the 50 m2 floor, the interior space is reorganized and a large steel window is placed between the dining room and the office/bedroom.
The brick vaults, the wooden beams and the hydraulic tiles, typical of the modernist architecture of Barcelona, stand out.
The rear façade wall is completely rebuilt and insulated. The old doors are restored and the windows on the façade are covered with double glazing. The new interventions also include: a fully equipped kitchen, sanitary installations, lighting, bathroom tiles, electricity, water and air conditioning.
